At Bar Maid, our goal is to manufacture the best, most reliable products available, and to back them up with outstanding service. In the unlikely event that your Bar Maid Glass Washer needs service during the warranty period or if you require service or parts outside the warranty period, we recommend the following:
- Write down the serial number of the unit. That number is stamped into the stainless steel plate where the brush holders protrude from the machine.
- Have a copy of your original sales receipt ready (if available).
- Contact us with a description of the problem and the unit serial number. We will always attempt to rectify the problem to avoid the necessity of sending the unit for repair.
- You then have two choices:
- a) Carefully pack up the unit with a description of the problem, a return address and phone number and send it to Bar Maid Corp. for factory service, or
- b) carry or send it to the factory authorized repair service center nearest you.

- All repairs sent to the factory are completed and shipped back within 48 hours (for warranty machines) and within 48 hours after approval of the repair estimate for Glass Washers out of warranty.
